Residues and pest management


Bio Suisse endeavours to ensure residues in organic products are kept to a minimum. Organic product producers and processors do their best to avoid residues. However, in a non-organic environment, it is impossible to avoid all residues. Therefore, Bio Suisse cannot implement a zero-tolerance policy.

Any residues found in organic products shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis and improvement measures shall be implemented.
